Massive Sewage Spill Closes SoCal Beaches

Miles of Southern California beaches were closed off to tourists after a massive spill that dumped millions of gallons of sewage into Santa Monica Bay. Officials say a mechanical failure at a Hyperion plant dumped 17 million gallons of sewage into the water, forcing 4 miles of beach to close until the water is deemed safe. The plant processes more than 450 million gallons of water per day. How long would you wait before going swimming in that beach again?
