How do you get your wife’s kids to move out?

“My wife’s son and daughter still live at home. Her son is 27, has no job and plays video games all day. Her daughter just turned 30 and has a good paying job. My wife is happy to let them live at home for as long as they want rent-free, but I think she’s promoting laziness.
How can I convince her that they need to move out?”
