Should she anonymously share their salaries?

“I work in Human Resources and it bothers me that some people are paid over three times more than others in the same department with similar experience. I recently saw a meme about someone in HR leaving a printed out list of everyone’s salary on the printer on their last day and it made me want to do something similar. Should I leak their salaries and how can I do it?”
