Would you change where your dog does their business?

“During a walk last week my dog peed next to the curb outside of someone’s yard. The home’s owner came storming out and threatened to call the police on us if she ever did that again. He claims he likes to set up chairs in the lawn sometimes and he doesn’t want to smell dog pee. Based on his rudeness, I don’t want to stop.”
