Ale Hardee’s is celebrating National Biscuit Month. The fast-food chain has teamed up Nashville-based brewery, Southern Grist Brewing Co., to turn its biscuits into new Strawberry Biscuit Ale. Strawberry Biscuit Ale is a full-bodied, cream ale infused with 200 pounds of Hardee’s Made from Scratch Biscuits. The ale features hints of strawberry jam and buttermilk.
