In an attempt to crack down on password sharing, Netflix has announced a “broad rollout” of its paid password-sharing program. Netflix tested the program last year in Latin America and was happy with the results. Now the second half of the rollout will include the U.S. In February, the streamer started its “buy an extra member” program that allowed the primary account holder to pay a fee for two people who don’t live with them to have access to their password. The program stipulates that your device will be blocked if you use the password and don’t live with the primary holder. What are your thoughts on Netflix’s password pay policy?
