Audrain County is seeing a reduction in COVID-19 cases over the past 7 days, according to data released this (Wednesday) afternoon by the Audrain County Health Department.
Active cases in the county are down 21 from last week to 28, although active probable cases rose by 4 to 29.
Mexico saw a reduction of 9 cases over the last week, now at 21.
The past 7 day positivity rate dropped by more than half from 10.2% a week ago to 3.6% today (Wednesday).
These factors have lowered the Community Transmission Status level from high to substantial.
